Delivery

1. Introductory Provisions
These Delivery Policy terms govern the conditions for the delivery of goods and services by the Seller to customers in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and related consumer protection regulations.

2. Delivery Methods
Goods are delivered to the customer by one of the following methods:

  • via shipping service (courier, postal service),

  • personal collection at the Seller’s business address (by prior arrangement),

  • an individual method agreed between the Seller and the customer.

The specific delivery method is selected by the customer when placing the order.

3. Delivery Times
For goods in stock, the usual delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

For custom-made goods, the delivery time is determined individually based on the scope of the order and is confirmed to the customer after the order is accepted.

The delivery period begins on the date the payment is received, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.

The Seller reserves the right to reasonably extend the delivery period in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Costs
The shipping cost is always stated in the order before it is bindingly submitted.
The Seller does not charge any hidden delivery fees.

5. Transfer of Risk of Damage
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment of receipt.
Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to inspect the shipment and immediately report any damage to both the carrier and the Seller.

6. Failure to Accept Delivery
If the customer unjustifiably refuses to accept the ordered goods, the Seller is entitled to claim reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs associated with the production and delivery of the goods.

7. Delivery Outside the Czech Republic

Delivery to other European Union countries is possible upon prior agreement. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined individually depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

Parcels are currently shipped to the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany.

8. Special Provisions for Custom Production
For goods manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements, the customer acknowledges that:

  • the delivery time is indicative,

  • such goods cannot be returned without giving a reason pursuant to Section 1837(d) of the Civil Code.

9. Final Provisions
These Delivery Policy terms are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the Seller’s website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
